The Xilica Solaro FR1-D is the ultimate audio routing and signal processing device for professional applications. or in live sound installations, conference rooms or recording studios, with a wealth of best-in-class features, the FR1-D sets a new standard in audio technology. The Xilica Solaro FR1-D features advanced signal processing technology that ensures exceptional audio quality. With a 96 kHz sampling rate and 24-bit resolution, it delivers crystal clear sound and precise audio reproduction. With an impressive number of inputs and outputs, the FR1-D allows for flexible signal routing. It is equipped with 16 balanced analogue inputs and outputs, as well as 16 AES/EBU inputs and outputs, allowing you to freely connect and distribute your own audio sources.

In addition, the unit features a user-friendly interface that allows for easy and intuitive operation. The colour touchscreen display provides a clear view and easy navigation through menus and settings. As part of the Dante system, the FR1-D enables seamless integration into network audio environments. With Dante, you can transmit audio over an IP network, providing a flexible and scalable solution for complex audio routing needs.

Xilica's open-architecture digital signal processor can be populated with any combination of Solaro series I/O boards, providing features such as analogue audio, USB (with volume/mute HID support), GPIO, relay control, and AES/EBU digital audio. With the optional XC-CTODN module for networked audio, the Solaro FR1 can handle up to 64×64 bidirectional audio channels over Dante with standard CatX cables and no proprietary switches.

Thanks to its 1U size, the signal processor is also suitable for installation in a 19" rack.
