PSI Audio A125-M is an active subwoofer for demanding monitoring environments during mixing and mastering. With PSI's Compensated Phase Response (CPR) and Adaptive Output Impedance (AOI) technologies, phase response and impulse response are permanently monitored by the control electronics and corrected during operation. In this way, an extremely linear, phase-accurate and impulse-true operation is ensured, just as with the studio monitors from PSI. The A125-M achieves this technical perfection even at the lower limits of its reproduction range and 28Hz, so that the user can simply rely on his ears. The power amplifier is built in Class-G circuitry, which basically offers the same sound characteristics as a Class-AB power amplifier, but draws significantly less current and plays with even lower distortion.

In combination with a pair of PSI monitors, the result is an absolutely linear reference monitoring system of the highest class. In this configuration, the bass roll-off is activated on the PSI monitors and the entire system oscillates completely in phase. If only it were always so simple...
