Audio quality at its best

With 24 bits and sample resolutions of up to 192 kHz, pristine sound is guaranteed, making the Clara Dmaj the perfect partner for pure digital signal processing of many AES/EBU signals. High-quality sample rate converters are responsible for flexible clock management while maintaining a full dynamic range of 144 dB.

Precision is everything

The Clara sound system has an amazingly low jitter of less than a nanosecond. This benefits the audio quality of the system and that of any connected digital device. Often the clock of the Clara D interface is many times more precise than the internal clock of the connected device so that even the purchase of a separate clock generator becomes unnecessary.

Switchable Sample Rate Converters (SRC)

The SRC, which can be switched on via the supplied software, allows any digital input signal to be integrated into the sound system regardless of its sample rate and clock settings. Thus, all digital devices can be connected without any problems, even without separate synchronization lines.

Cascadability

If you want to install multiple Clara D's in one computer, you can do so using the TDM SyncBus. It appears as a combined sound system versus an ASIO application. In the Beast Mixer, up to 32 audio signals can also be exchanged with other Clara systems and thus also integrated for use in combination with ASIO.

Real-time routing, mixing and EQ

Each input signal of the sound system can be routed and volume adjusted latency-free to any Output. Thanks to the Beast DSP mixer, up to 64 signals can be merged to 8 sums and played back via any number of outputs without delay. The BEAST mixer also adds playback signals from a DAW. Furthermore, four parametric Equalizer are available in each channel for sound processing.
