With the Fender Tone Master Super Reverb Fender expands the extremely popular Tone Master series with a modelling guitar amp that delivers the absolutely authentic sound of the popular 4x10 combo from the sixties even without vacuum tubes. As usual, two channels are available for shaping the guitar sound, while 45 watts of power and Jensen Alnico speakers promise an extremely full and powerful sound.
At the heart of the absolutely authentic Super Reverb sound is the modern Tone Master modelling of the coveted Sixties circuit, which uses massive computing power to recreate the complex interactions within a tube circuit down to the smallest detail. When playing electric guitar, the amplifier conveys the sensitive dynamics and lively feel of the original, while the built-in reverb and tremolo effects are blessed with tremendous depth and detail.
Like the original amp from the sixties, the Tone Master Super Reverb Combo is equipped with two channels that promise a wide range of different tones. The normal channel with 2-band EQ for bass and treble delivers an extremely clear sound with the typical Fender chime, which is ideally suited for clean pickups or can be used as an ideal platform for the pedalboard. The vibrato channel with 3-band tone stack and the obligatory reverb and tremolo effects, on the other hand, promises the typical Fender vintage sound that can be precisely adjusted to your own ideas.
The 45-watt Class D power amp of the Tone Master Super Reverb impresses with an enormously high headroom and natural playing dynamics so that the modern modelling combo is indistinguishable from the original amp in terms of playing feel and sound development. The five-stage power reduction also allows the amp's volume to be turned down, so it can be used on stage as well as in the living room. Four 10" tall Jensen P10R speakers with Alnico magnets also provide that authentic vintage sound with rich warmth.
As a practical detail of modern nature, the Fender Tone Master Super Reverb offers a balanced XLR line out, which makes the pickup of the guitar sound in the recording studio and on stage a breeze. Two selectable speaker simulations based on Impulse Responses (IRs) promise an extremely natural sound.
