The alder body offers perfect ergonomic balance, whether you're playing seated or standing with a strap. Meanwhile, the bolt-on maple neck features a fast and comfortable "Medium Thin C" profile" delivering outstanding playability for fluid grooves and technical runs across the 24 fanned frets of the maple fretboard.

A 4-way rotary switch allows for flexible pickup selection, offering individual voices as well as serial and parallel combinations, resulting in four distinct, character-rich core tones. For detailed tone shaping, the NG3 features active Darkglass Tone Capsule electronics - a 3-band EQ with dedicated controls for bass, low mids and high mids. For players who prefer a more traditional signal path, the bass can also be switched to passive mode at any time.
