IK Multimedia's iRig Stream audio interface is perfect for mobile streaming applications thanks to its compact size, light weight, and ease of use. The stereo RCA input with adjustable preamplification and level meter provides connection for mixers, keyboards or other high-level sources, while at the same time a microphone or headset can be operated and monitored at the headphone output. Also on board is a loopback option that lets you stream audio, play it back, and then route it back to another app - all on the same device. So that the battery doesn't run low, an external power supply can be connected, which then even charges the smartphone. The features are rounded off by a mono function for other apps and services, such as Instagram, which only work with mono files. This way, they get the appropriate sound.
