The P-67 is a condenser microphone from Peluso based on the U67 with nine switchable polar patterns and a switchable -10dB attenuation filter.

Warm, detailed and versatile

The P-67 is particularly known for its smooth highs, full bass and very detailed mids and thus follows in the footsteps of the U67. The U67, a microphone built by Neumann, was one of the first microphones to feature a low-cut switch, which could be used to reduce the humming low frequencies that often occur when speaking and singing very close. The -10dB attenuation integrated again in this P67 replica was also a novelty when the U67 was introduced and allows for more specialized recording of very loud sound sources such as drums. The P-67 is thus a modernized homage to the legendary workhorse of most 1960s soundsmiths. It remains true to the sound of the original, but offers lower-noise and better-balanced results and an overall equally high quality at a fraction of the price. The double-sided microphone capsule with its classic tube amplification delivers warm, natural and very subtly grained results that simply make every voice and every instrument sound richer.

Nine polar patterns for maximum flexibility

The P-67 tube condenser microphone package includes the vintage-look MX56 power supply unit for the power supply, but the directional characteristic can also be set using the 9-position rotary switch: Nine modes can be set on a scale from omnidirectional (omnidirectional) to cardioid to bidirectional (figure of eight) as required.

Extensive accessories

Furthermore, the P-67 comes in an elegant wooden case and includes a microphone spider with a stainless steel frame. Also included are an 8-pin connection cable with screw terminal connection and a robust flight case for safe transportation of the P-67 and its accessories.
