The ES-9 from Expert Sleepers is an expandable, 16 In - 16 Out USB audio interface and CV controller for Eurorack modular systems. The extensively configurable module has 16 separate inputs and outputs each, whose functionalities include processing of audio signals as well as sending and receiving of CV, gate, clock and trigger signals. Connected via USB C, the Expert Sleepers ES-9 operated in conjunction with Silent Way, Max/MSP, Ableton's CV Tools or Bitwig Studio is a reliable partner for routing audio, CV and other control signals in and out of the laptop. Six of the outputs are dedicated to main-out, stereo headphone jack, and S/PDIF. The 14 connectors with a white background are intended as inputs for audio and the control signals commonly used in the modular system. Eight DC-coupled outputs are flexibly assignable for different control or switching tasks individually and expandable with an ES-5 module if required. In addition, the module can be configured as a mixer/summator with 8x8 daisy chains.
