The Rohema Straw Brushes are a combination of jazz brooms and hot rods, manufactured in Markneukirchen, Germany. They create more volume than jazz brooms, but a softer attack than hot rods, creating a pleasantly light feel. On hi-hat and snare, but also on Cajons, the Straw Brushes feel completely at home. At the same time, they always lie securely in the hand, thanks to the grippy Pro Grips. Made from bundled European sorghum millet, they have a very unique sound that can be changed as needed by means of sliding rings.
