IK Multimedia iLoud Sub is an active 6.5" studio subwoofer for anyone who needs real low end even in the smallest room without having to modify their setup. The supplied measuring microphone is used to record the listening position and calculate a correction profile that ensures a balanced sound image.

The adjustable crossover frequency determines the point at which the iLoud Sub takes over the bass range. This allows the subwoofer to be precisely matched to the monitors used, regardless of whether compact desktop speakers or larger nearfields are in use. The transition between the subwoofer and monitors remains unobtrusive and homogeneous, the bass seems like a natural part of the overall sound and not like an additional effect.
