The SQ-6 is a next-generation digital mixer powered by Allen & Heath's revolutionary XCVI 96 kHz FPGA engine. The SQ-6 is designed to excel in demanding scenarios such as AV, corporate events, live productions, and worship services. It offers premium high-resolution audio playback and ultra-low latency of <0.7 ms. The console features 24 top-quality integrated mic preamps, as well as 8 Stereo-FX-Engines with dedicated return channels, plus access to the industry-acclaimed RackExtra FX library.
SQ is a natural choice for in-ear monitor setups and offers 12 stereo mixes (configurable as groups or aux), while Automatic Mic Mixing is an excellent choice for conferences, panel talks and more.

Flexible multitrack recording
The built-in SQ Drive lets you quickly and easily record a 96 kHz multitrack or stereo recording of the show directly to a USB flash drive or memory stick. This requires no software setup, no sound card drivers, and no additional laptop. SQ-Drive is also a clever way to manage intermission music or interludes.

An integrated 32 × 32 96 kHz audio interface is also available for multitrack recording, backing tracks, or virtual soundcheck applications. The interface is Core Audio and ASIO compliant, and includes MIDI and DAW control functions.

Advanced AMM
The advanced features of SQ's Automatic Microphone Mixer (AMM) make it a top choice for mixing conferences, panel discussions, and television broadcasts. It's fully integrated into the mixer with no added latency, so you don't need to route audio to an internal DSP rack or external plug-in system.

SQ's dashboard is arranged around a high-resolution 7" capacitive touchscreen, framed by a series of tactile and furthermore illuminated encoders, to create an intuitive, integrated blend of clear visual Feedback and immediate, hands-on control. Channels and mixes can be dragged and dropped onto any channel strip, with custom naming and color coding on the channel LCD displays, so you can create a mixing environment that reflects your own workflow. Each strip features the patented Chromatic channel metering system, which gives you instant level indication thanks to variable brightness and color LEDs.
