It can happen to anyone: you buy something with full confidence, only to realize that it doesn't meet your expectations.
No problem! On all purchased items, we guarantee you, as a consumer (Legislative Decree 206/2005 of the Italian Consumer Code), an additional 16 days of our money-back guarantee in addition to the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal (a total of 30 days of money-back guarantee). As a business customer (no statutory right of withdrawal under the Italian Civil Code), you are also entitled to the 30-day money-back guarantee.
Exceptions
The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to all products, excluding customized items (e.g., made-to-measure items based on customer requests), items subject to wear and tear, and products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g., products that come into direct contact with the mouth or oral cavity), or licensing reasons (e.g., software you have registered).
If you are not 100% satisfied with an item purchased, please contact us or complete the online return procedure within 30 days of receiving the item.
For all returns, we cover the shipping costs for returning the items.

Please ensure you include all original packaging with the item and all accessories and components supplied, in perfect condition and without signs of use.

If you return an item, you will be refunded the payment you made within 14 days of the return shipment, including the costs of both outgoing and return shipping. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise specified by the customer.
