The 10-In / 8-Out USB Studio Interface U108 Pre from ESI is particularly suitable for more complex and demanding tasks and scores not only with an elegant, robust and clear design, but also with high flexibility and of course its impressive sound. The 10 inputs are conveniently designed as combo jacks for XLR/jack connectors, with two of the connectors located on the front for quick access. At the back everything is done via the 8 jack sockets, including an additional stereo output. Of course, the optional 48 Volt phantom power must not be missing: The first two channels can be switched separately and to Hi-Z, then into groups for the inputs 3-6 and 7-10. The conversion takes place with a maximum of 96 kHz and 24 bits and a dynamic range of 107 dBA (AD conversion) and 112 dBa (DA conversion). With support for WDM, ASIO 2.0, and CoreAudio based on EWDM and DirectWIRE technology, the U 108 offers PRE drivers that enable extremely low latency.
