The boundary microphone at a glance

The Behringer BA 19A is designed for use with kick drums, piano and bass-heavy instruments. Equipped with an updated microphone capsule and XLR connector, the BA 19A offers powerful low-frequency response and is especially suited for bass applications. The mic combines superior Attack and punch for studio-quality sound, even at extremely high sound pressure levels.

The instrument mic features a switchable presence filter that allows the sound characteristics to be adjusted to different sound requirements and styles. The filter is adjusted via a slide switch on the microphone with different positions for presence enhancement and joy amplification.

Thanks to the rugged and reliable construction, no extra mounting is required, allowing the microphone to be taken anywhere.
