Naturally, the electric guitar turns out to be a real shredder axe with agile handling and adequate sound. For the LTD H3-1000 ESP relies on a mahogany body with an elegant quilted maple top and a set-thru maple neck glued deep into the body. Thanks to the "Extra Thin and Profile" and the compound fingerboard radius the neck guarantees excellent playing characteristics in all positions of the Macassar ebony fingerboard. With the popular Seymour Duncan Sentient and Pegasus pickups, the H3-1000 elicits a wide-ranging sound from the guitar amp for full-bodied cleans, fluid Overdrive and precisely articulated distortion. Last but not least, ESP completes the LTD H3-1000 See Thru Black Cherry with a TonePros Locking Tune-O-Matic bridge and tuning-stable LTD locking tuners.

Set-Thru Guitar with Fast Neck
The sleek design and set-thru construction with neck glued deep into the body give the LTD H3-1000 first-class handling and create the basis for a precisely articulated sound with long sustain. Due to the slightly asymmetrical shape with a long upper horn, the mahogany body takes a perfectly balanced playing position both in the sitting and standing strap. The three-piece maple neck, on the other hand, with its flat "Extra Thin and profile and the compound radius of the Macassar ebony fingerboard, offers the best conditions for the comfortable implementation of classic and modern playing techniques, with bendings gliding as if on rails thanks to the extra jumbo stainless steel frets. Last but not least, the cloud maple top provides the dignified look of the electric guitar.
Modern Alnico V pickups in the form of Seymour Duncan Sentient and Pegasus humbuckers promise top-notch progressive tones with tight articulation even in drop tunings.

As pickup for the LTD guitar ESP chooses the popular Set consisting of a Seymour Duncan Sentient humbucker in neck position and a Seymour Duncan Pegasus humbucker in bridge position. Designed specifically for modern progressive rock and metal, the Alnico V pickups deliver a wide-ranging sound between glassy cleans and tight high-gain distortion. Here, the Sentient convinces with a particularly warm and balanced sound, which not only skillfully puts clear melodies and chords in the spotlight, but also allows fluid solo playing with singing Overdrive . Due to the surprisingly moderate Output the Pegasus Bridge Pickup reacts dynamically to the playing style and promises a razor-sharp articulation of every note with well-dosed aggressiveness and assertiveness in the mix, even with low tunings. Thanks to the coil split option, glassy single-coil tones also expand the repertoire of ESP's LTD H3-1000 guitar.

TonePros Bridge & Locking Tuner
Of course, ESP completes the LTD H3-1000 See Thru Black Cherry with high-quality components that more than live up to the professional standards of the electric guitar. The TonePros Locking Tune-O-Matic bridge, behind which the strings are anchored in the body to promote sound, is firmly locked on its pins and guarantees with extensive adjustment options an exact intonation and ideal string position even when using powerful strings for deep tunings.
