For a flexible sound, the Affinity Stratocaster is equipped with an HSS pickup configuration, allowing a wide range of sound possibilities to be realized: With a ceramic humbucker in the bridge position and two ceramic single coils in the middle and neck positions, all genres from blues, jazz or pop to Classic rock or even heavier metal realms can be played. The pickups can be variably controlled via a 5-way switch, while volume and tone control are available for adjusting the volume and tone. As a classic Strat feature, the electric guitar comes with a synchronized tremolo bridge, which was already included in the original Fender Stratocaster first released in 1954.
