The TC Electronic JIMS 800 preamp recreates the iconic sound of the British amplifier of the 1980s using modern modelling technology. With controls for gain, Boost and level, as well as a 3-band EQ, the guitar sound can be adjusted versatilely via two practical footswitches. A Celestion cab sim is also hidden behind the straightforward user interface. The pedal therefore offers a well thought-out, authentic sound with intuitive operation and flexible connections.
