The Tama SP1465 Simon Phillips Snare 14" x 6.5" is a professional signature snare designed in collaboration with Simon Phillips, featuring a mahogany shell and sound-focusing rings. The 14" x 6.5" shell is made of 8 plies of wood with a total thickness of 6 mm. The rings on both sides concentrate the dark, rich tone and provide remarkable versatility. High-quality components complete the snare, including 20-strand carbon steel snare wires and a custom brass Mighty Hoop with 8 holes. Paired with Remo Ambassador heads and MSL90S lugs, the snare delivers the signature Simon Phillips sound.
