3/4+ Mahogany Les Paul

The body design of the Epiphone Power Players Les Paul follows the official shape of the legendary Les Paul with reduced dimensions. Thus, the mahogany body offers improved handling with reduced weight and features a contoured neck base that optimizes access to the high fingerboard positions. The neck is also made of mahogany and features a slim taper D profile on the back for an uncramped thumb rest for ideal implementation of first-playing techniques.

Epiphone 650R & 700T Humbucker

In order to skilfully realize the entire sound of the legendary Les Paul, Epiphone gives the Power Players Les Paul two Epiphone 650R and 700T humbuckers known from the big LP models. The 650R on the neck delivers warm and vocal neck sounds, while the 700T in bridge position presents itself as the perfect pickup for hot rock and metal sounds. Both pickups have separate volume and tone controls and are selected via a three-position toggle switch.
