Spitfire Symphony Orchestra is a comprehensive orchestral library specifically designed to deliver professional orchestral sounds for film, television and game compositions. The entire collection was recorded at the renowned AIR Studios in London and includes full string, woodwind and brass sections as well as solo instruments, harps, piano and orchestral percussion. With over 175 articulations per instrument group, the library offers an impressive range of dynamic playing techniques for realistic and expressive performances.

The different microphone positions - Close, Tree, Ambient, Outriggers and Leader - allow precise control over room tone and sound depth, supporting both intimate and large-scale compositions. The Performance Legato patches allow smooth transitions between notes, while the Ostinatum tool facilitates rhythmic patterns and phrases. Spitfire Symphony Orchestra is compatible with the free Kontakt Player and can be easily integrated into Native Instruments Hardware .
