The DiMarzio DP100 Super Distortion Humbucker is a super distortion bridge humbucker for a 6-string electric guitar, and a ceramic magnet. The DP100 pickup started a sound revolution. Replacement pickups simply didn't exist before the invention of the Super Distortion in the early Seventies.
