Intellijel Tetrapad is a controller module for modular synthesizers in Eurorack format. The module consists of a versatile, multi-dimensional, touch-sensitive user interface in conjunction with four encoders and a shift function. Each of its four user interfaces uses force-sensing resistors to respond to both the vertical position of your finger and its pressure. Intellijels Tetrapad can operate in various modes: as an emulated fader bank, a voltage storage device, a drumming surface, a chord generator, an 8-key keyboard, four independent LFOs, or an 8-switch panel. The module automatically saves the last settings every minute when it is switched off or the mode is changed.
