Multi-resonant sounds with cult factor

The Resonator from Tiptop Audio is a highly interesting combination of triple filter and a resonator. The fully analogue module is based on the resonator function of the Moog Polymoog from 1975 and has been expanded to include control voltage inputs and pass mode for each of the three filters. The signal path is mono on both the input and output sides and there is a bypass switch to quickly return to the original sound. The basic sound is clear and delivers fantastic resonance sounds at their finest! Each of the three resonators/filters can be operated individually as lowpass, bandpass or highpass and offers CV inputs for gain, emphasis and frequency. The resonator is also capable of producing beautiful phaser sounds. To do this, switch all filters to bandpass, set Frequency to 12 o'clock and Emphasis to 10/11 o'clock and modulate all Freq parameters with an LFO - wonderful! If you only use a single filter, the results correspond to the sound spectrum that an ordinary multimode filter is capable of. Originally, the resonator was placed at the end of the signal chain. It still performs very well there today, and there is nothing to stop you from processing samples, drums and complete mixes with the module.
