During the development of the LTD GB-4 Vintage White special attention was paid to a high playability of the curved retro design. Accordingly, the offset body made of swamp ash takes an optimal playing position on the bass strap as well as on the thigh. At the same time, the five-screw maple neck lies extremely comfortably in the hand thanks to the Thin U profile and a nut width of just 38 mm, so that between the 21 frets of the maple fingerboard every Bassline goes out of the fingers as if by magic.

At the bass amp, the ESP LTD GB-4 E-Bass turns out to be a versatile all-rounder, despite its classic appearance, to which no genre and sound is alien. The Seymour Duncan SSB-4 Passive Soapbar pickups in the bridge and middle positions deliver a juicy tone whose powerful punch and lively dynamics support expressive Bass playing. The pickups are also supported by the active Seymour Duncan STC-3M3 3-band tone control, which can be used to precisely tune the sound. By pulling the push/pull switch in the volume switch, you can also activate the slap preset with an EQ tuning for slapping.

Accordingly, the Gotoh 404BO bridge sits on the body, its solid construction supporting an even sound development and a long Sustain .
