The Audeze LCD-X Creator Edition headphones deliver an extremely honest, crystal clear and direct sound with fast impulse response thanks to magnetostatic drivers. Although initially intended for use at the mixing console when mixing or mastering, they are also suitable for the discerning music listener and, due to their low impedance, also deliver a decent level on conventional end devices such as laptop, cell phone or stereo system.

Like all Audeze products, the LCD-X Edition are also premium processed: The headband has been newly developed for this model to ensure improved wearing comfort, and the ear pads are covered with high-quality leatherette. The cables of the LCD-X headphones are of course interchangeable and can be replaced by a premium variant or even balanced cables.
