The Luminal Booster Ultra from Darkglass is an effect pedal for electric bass that functions as a comprehensive sound toolbox and can give your bass sound a detailed fine-tuning. With a 6-band EQ, a wide frequency range from 80 Hz to 5 kHz can be processed, allowing flexible sound control. Four bands between 250 Hz and 3 kHz allow extensive sound shaping, while the low shelf slider (80 Hz) and the high shelf slider (5 kHz) can be used to cleanly contour both the lowest and highest frequencies. In addition, various controls offer an additional basic cut of the clean signal to compress the sound cleanly or to blow it cleanly with a gain boost. The XLR DI output offers the option of using up to seven cab sims, allowing the signal to be sent directly to a PA or interface.
