The Maybach Teleman T61 Custom Shop (Red Rooster Aged) is handmade by a dedicated team of European luthiers dedicated to providing authentic looks and outstanding sound. The original tele shape and detailed aging of the nitrocellulose finish provide for authentic looks while the Texan manufactured Van Zandt pick-ups provide classic tele twang.

Traditional Swamp Ash
For the body Maybach use Poplar, a particularly light wood that has a comfortable weight as well as classic sound properties. The traditionally bolted neck is made of Maple and features a Rosewood fingerboard. The combination of a classic profile and artificially aged finish makes the neck extremely comfortable to hold.

Van Zandt Pick-Ups
The specially developed pick-ups are classic tele style single coils in the neck and bridge position for a crisp sound with the legendary twang and just the right dose of bite. The pick-ups are controlled via the classic a 3-way blade switch as well as a master volume and tone knob.

Vintage Hardware
High quality hardware in a classic design completes the authentic vintage feel of the Maybach Teleman T61. The Guitar features a Maybach T-Tune bridge with 3x double-stringed brass saddles, a string-through body, bone nut and Gotoh SDS-510 tuners. Not just for the real vintage look, but also for accurate and stable tuning.
