Time-tested construction
Two Squier single coil pickups in neck and bridge position deliver the "tele twang" which is typical for this classic electric guitar. Through a 3-way switch and Master Volume and Tone controls, the pickups can be adjusted as desired, which can also make the Squier Sonic Series Telecaster MN Black sound warm and mellow. The solid maple neck with a fingerboard radius of 9.5" is easy to play over 21 frets and in typical Fender fashion is quad-bolted into the poplar body with skunk stripe and neckplate. Furthermore, this icon among the electric guitars is equipped with Sealed Cast tuners and a 6-Saddle Top Load Tele bridge for a robust pitch.
