The Doepfer A-140 is an envelope generator module for the Eurorack A-100 series. The A-140 features a classic ADSR envelope for tailoring attack time, decay, sustain and release of a signal. It's useful for shaping drum sounds as well as determining the whether a synth tone is short and blippy, or soft and sustained. The A-140 is a very fast envelope, meaning snappy and percussive textures are possible.
