AJH Synth MiniMod CV Mix-Offset-VCA black at a glance

The MiniMod CV Mix-Offset-VCA from AJH Synth is primarily a four-channel, bipolar mixer for control voltages. Almost each of the four inputs with bipolar controls has a handy feature. Channel 1, for example, provides an adjustable fixed voltage in the range of +/- 6 volts when no cable is plugged in. Channel 3 behaves like channel 2, but covers twice the voltage range of +/- 10 volts. This is especially useful when "translating" between modules with different voltage ranges. Channel 4, on the other hand, can be switched on the front panel or it can be used as an attenuator like channel 2 or as an offset for the downstream linear VCA. The VCA allows you to modulate all signals at the same time and should add more liveliness to the modulations in more complex patches.
