Steinberg presents Absolute 5 , a huge VST instrument library of the best, in-house virtual instruments with over 7500 presets and more than 130 GB of content. Latest VST technologies and advanced sound design tools make this software package the perfect solution in music production, composition and live performance. No matter what genre you're in, Absolute 5 offers outstanding audio quality and a wide range of possibilities in every field.
On board are HALion 6 & HALion Sonic 3 (samples & workstation), synthesizers like Padshop Pro, Granular Guitars, Skylab, Auron, Trium, Voltage, Triebwerk, Hypnotic Dance , three pianos(Raven, Eagle, Grand 3), a Model C and HALiotron organ, Hot Brass, Drums & Percussion VSTs (Groove Agent 5, B-Box, World Percussion, Prime Cuts, Rock Essentials) and instruments for film music (Studio Strings, Dark Planet, Symphonic Orchestra, World Instruments).
New VST instruments include the Amped Elektra Vintage piano, the Backbone Drum re-synthesizer and the sample-based E-Bass electric bass. There are also new expansions with Sounds or Soul for the Retologue2, Polarities for the Padshop 2 and last but not least the Future Past Perfect for the Groove Agent 5.
