The Line 6 Catalyst 100 is a two-channel combo amp for electric guitars that combines an enormous range of classic sounds and extremely useful functions for practicing, jamming and recording. Six amp models based on the famous HX technology, combined with the extensive internal effects section, fulfill every sonic wish from crystal-clear cleans to gritty, high-gain thrash ballads, while the modeling combo's numerous connection options allow for easy direct recording, silent playing via headphones and the integration of external effects devices. furthermore, the Line 6 Catalyst Edit App provides far-reaching possibilities for deep Level editing of individual presets.

Up to 100 Watts of Power & One 12" Custom Voiced Speaker

With a maximum output of 100 watts, the Line 6 Catalyst 100 can easily handle rehearsals, jams and gigs. The rear output power switch can be used to reduce the power to half the output or 0.5 watts, making the sound of the amplifier easily available even at lower volumes. For output, an internal 12" Custom Voiced loudspeaker, specially designed for the Catalyst series, is available, which skilfully reproduces the full tonal range of the combo amplifier.

6 amp models from Clean to High Gain

The basic sound of the amplifier is determined by the six amp models that can be selected via the front Amp Selector Switch. In Clean mode, the sound always remains undistorted even at high gain settings and is ideal as a pedalboard platform, while Boutique and Chime provide bell-clear sounds of popular boutique amps. To cover the mid-gain range, Crunch and Dynamic modes provide unadulterated sounds of Blues rock, while the High Gain model provides the appropriate sounds for fans of hard rock and metal.

Internal effects section

The built-in effects are divided into four groups Delay, Modulation, Pitch/Filter and Reverb, each offering six different effect types per group. From classic vintage delay effects to dynamic flanger and phaser sounds to wide-ranging octaver sounds and Pitch shifting, the Catalyst 100's effects section is guaranteed to leave nothing to be desired. External effects devices can also be easily looped in via the effects loop on the rear panel.
