The Charvel Pro-Mod So-Cal Style 1 HH FR combines the time tested guitar design of the fifties with modern refinements for maximum playing comfort, creating an agile instrument ideal for shredders. The alder contour body sits comfortably and securely, while the bolt on maple neck with its Speed Neck profile and compound radius maple fingerboard provides excellent playability from the lowest to the highest fret.

Duncan Distortion Pickups

The Seymour Duncan Distortion set handles the electric tone shaping and stands as a true classic for heavy rock and metal sounds. The Seymour Duncan SH-6n Distortion neck humbucker delivers a powerful voice for fluid solo lines and surprisingly warm clean tones, while the ultra hot Seymour Duncan TB-6 Distortion trembucker at the bridge squeezes out the last ounce of gain for aggressive distortion with razor sharp note definition. A push pull switch on the volume knob splits the humbuckers for convincingly authentic single coil sounds, and the No Load circuit removes the tone control from the signal path when fully open for an extremely direct and pure tone.
