The Black Dual ASR EG from Erica Synths is a dual flexible envelope from the high quality Black series. The module combines two attack/decay envelopes that are triggered manually via button and as usual via gate. In the shortest settings the envelope is very crisp and percussive in its progression. Optionally, each of the two envelopes can be used as an LFO in the Loop Mode can be used. In this case, the two controls adjust frequency and waveform simultaneously; the speed then extends into the audio range. Thanks to CV inputs for the envelope phases, even more lively modulations are possible, and mutual modulation of the two channels is also possible. Using the End-Of-Cycle outputs, the envelopes can even be extended, combined and/or trigger each other.
