The Roland TD-17 Drum Sound Module is a professional V-Drum Trigger Module which is perfect for Drummers who want to learn to play professionally. This module has 310x internal Sounds and 100x Drum Kits. The TD-17's Sound Engine is based on the TD-50 from Roland. Additionally up to 100x User Samples can be inserted. There is 32MB internal memory available and an SD card with up to 4GB can be used. An innovative feature is the Bluetooth functionality of the TD-17 module: While practicing Drums, music can be streamed wirelessly to the module. Also online Drum lessons become much easier. Many coaching functions, an integrated Metronome and 2x additional Trigger Inputs make the TD-17 module an inexpensive all-rounder for Drummers.

Bluetooth Streaming
The TD-17 Module includes 50x Pre-Set and 50x User Kits are freely available. Wav Samples can easily be imported into the module via SD Card. Each sound is individually adjustable in Pitch, Snare Tension and Damping. A Treble and Bass Equalizer as well as Reverb and Compressor are available per channel, and of course there is a Headphone Output, 2x extra Trigger Inputs, an Aux-In, MIDI Out and a USB Audio to PC/MAC connection. Thanks to the Bluetooth 4.2 transceiver it is possible to stream music wirelessly to the Module and listen to your own recordings again. A 32MB internal memory is available to store your own samples. The 310x Sounds have been created based on the Roland TD-50 Module.

TD-50 Sound Engine
The Roland TD-17 contains a multitude of original TD-50 Samples, so you always have the perfect sound, whether in the rehearsal room or during live performance. With an authentic playing feel and a variety of coaching functions (including quick recording), the Drummer can measure their progress and it becomes much easier to learn the Drums. Effective learning functions are already available in the Module for beginners, which convey the absolute basics simply and precisely.

The TD-17 Module includes a coach mode that supports daily exercises. Whether warming up, developing a feeling for groove, tempo and timing, or improving your physical endurance - the accompanying score will always tell you how you just played.
