The A77H from ADAM Audio is the logical further development of the A77X studio monitor. The 3-way speaker sets new standards in terms of detail and spatial representation, while the combination of analog and digital features offers more possibilities in professional work.

On board are two 7" woofers, a mid range driver as well as ADAM Audio's X-ART tweeters, all of which provide the widest frequency range within the A-Series. The additional midrange driver ensures precise reproduction in the mids, which are particularly sensitive to the human ear.

The special feature of the successor is not only the rotatable HPS waveguide, but also various DSP functions that assist you in configuring the speaker in the room. or simple and quick EQ interventions, remote control via software or extensive calibrate with external measurement microphones including Sonarworks software (not included) - you have the choice.

X-ART tweeter & rotatable HPS waveguide.

Thanks to the ADAM Audio HPS Waveguide, you get precisely directed sound with wide dispersion in the horizontal and tight focus in the vertical. Made of a novel high-density fiberglass polymer material, unwanted resonances are minimized, resulting in a clearer sound image. Conveniently, the tweeter can be rotated 90 degrees to allow the monitor to be used both vertically and horizontally without sacrificing the benefits of the waveguide.

In the center of this HPS waveguide is the so-called X-ART tweeter - handmade in Germany and with the guarantee of maximum impulse response and detail.

Woofer made of multi-layer mineral

The bass drivers of each A-Series speaker consist of multiple, tightly bonded layers of a mineral fiber material that is characterized by low weight and maximum stiffness. Specially adapted for each speaker model and in combination with the likewise newly developed magnet system, each bass driver delivers high levels with minimal distortion - optimal for a transparent and powerful Bass during playback.

Midrange driver

Oriented to the much acclaimed DHC midrange driver of the S-series from the high-end range, it ensures an exceptionally clean reproduction, especially in the mid-frequency range, where the ear is particularly sensitive to tonal colorations. In addition, the woofer is relieved of the reproduction of midrange frequencies, so that transparent mids can be accurately reproduced.

The best of digital & analog

Driven by Class-D power amplifiers, the bass drivers are ideally suited for linear performance and minimal distortion. The power amplifiers used impress with high efficiency and low heat generation, while creating potential for further improvements and even higher performance.

For high and, depending on the model, also mid range drivers, Class AB power amplifiers are used, which are known for a particularly neutral reproduction of high frequencies.
