With the Höfner HZ27, the traditional German manufacturer Höfner presents a sleek 4/4 classical guitar with a noble high-gloss finish. The AA grade solid cedar top with an advanced Höfner bracing produces a very powerful tone that reproduces the bass frequencies particularly warm and rich, which in combination with a rosewood body results in an overall very balanced sound. The mahogany neck, which is reinforced with a rosewood strip, is extremely easy to play thanks to the scale length of 650 mm and nut width of 50 mm and allows excellent access to the 19 frets embedded in the rosewood fingerboard. Thanks to a bridge inlay of high-quality bone material and a synthetic nut, the guitar intones perfectly in all frets and offers the player the best conditions for precise tuning using the golden tuners with ebony buttons. The whole instrument is completed by a noble high-gloss varnish, which emphasizes the multifaceted grain of the woods used in a particularly aesthetic way.
