High Power - Low Weight
With the Eurolive B115D, Behringer engineers have developed a patented state-of-the-art active system with perfectly synchronized and specially developed components, to deliver the optimal sound experience. These universally applicable active speakers offers an exceptional price/performance ratio at an incredibly low weight. Tipping the scales at only 17.5kg, the B115D delivers and incredible 1000 Watt Peak.
Class-D - Massive Power, Perfect Sound
This is all made possible by custom engineered Class D power amps, which are more than twice as effective as classic AB amps. As half of the power isn't lost being converted to heat, smaller transformers and heat sinks can be used, helping to reduce the overall weight. Backed by SMPS (Switch Mode Power Supply) technology - the B115D loudspeaker can run cool all day and all night without even breaking a sweat - or your back!
Bi-Amping - for optimal frequency separation and phasing
With its 1,000 ultra-clean Watts of digital output delivered through separately powered drivers, courtesy of true bi-amping (2 amplifiers per speaker system), the B115D delivers 700 Watts to the 15" woofer and 300 to the 1.35" pressure chamber driver in order to produce high-resolution sound that really brings out the best in your music. Instead of simple passive crossovers, which inaccurately separates the frequency spectrum and degrades driver performance, Behringer has decided to power each woofer and tweeter with a separate amplifier for absolute signal integrity.
Compact Power - Optimally matched speaker and housing
Behringer has developed this long-throw 15" bass driver especially for use in low-volume housings. In the compact and strong Bassreflex, the woofer is able to unfold an incredible bass foundation. Over 2kHzm the precision state-of-the-art 1.35" aluminum-diaphragm compression driver expands the frequency range to 20kHz. The large-format exponential horn ensures for ultra-wide dispersion with a homogenous sound field and crystal-clear highs.
Compact Power - Versatile Applications
The straightforward control panel is practical and intuitive. Two adjustable XLR/TRS inputs with the Behringer typical ultra Low-Noise microphone preamps, ensure for linear amplification over a very wide level range. The tone control intervenes at 80 Hz and 12 kHz with +/- 15 dB respectively. Additional systems can be connected via the XLR outputs. With an ULTRALINK ULM Series microphone Behringer, including a wireless receiver the size of a USB dongle, giving you wireless freedom - without any setup. Simply connect the receiver to the USB port of the B115D, set the level and the show can go on
